Block 9 is the Phase 5 Final Assessment. Download the Phase 5 Final Assessment and use it to complete all seven topic tasks under the evaluation of a Senior or Master Technician experienced in refrigeration. Once you have successfully completed all seven topics, return to this page to confirm completion, note your evaluator for each topic, and share any feedback provided. Your completed assessment will then be submitted to your supervisor for review.

Step 2:
Simply confirm you have successfully completed each topic and provide any feedback given so your supervisor can best guide your development in that area.
Step 3:
Confirm your company email address and press Submit Final Assessment to complete Phase 5.
Step 4:
Confirm your email and press Submit Final to complete.
A success pop-up will confirm your assessment has been successfully submitted.
